We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Delivery Policy:

All in town deliveries will be charged 6 cents a mile with a minimum fee of $6.00.  If you provide the wrong address you will be charged a double delivery fee for re-delivery.  Delivery times will be as quoted at the time when the order is place. Candid Gifts will not be held liable for any undeliverable items. Undeliverable items are items that were unable to be delivered due to wrong address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other unforeseeable event that is not within the control of Candid Gifts.

 

Refund Policy:

All items can be refunded for 30 days only with a valid receipt and in it’s original packaging, excluding personalized items. All personalized items, including but not limited to customized gift baskets and monogram items, are non-refundable.

Customized Basket Policy:

We reserve the right to replace any items in our baskets with items of similar quality and price. All custom gift baskets are non-refundable and must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
